non surgical

nose job

Previously the only option to correct a mishapen nose was a surgical intervention known as a rhinoplasty which is one of the most desired cosmetic procedures. Many people are frightened by the potential complications and the risk of an unfavorable result.

At Beautoxology we are able to offer a non surgical rhinoplasty,. This is commonly known as the ’30 minute nose job’ as the treatment only involves the use of dermal filler to reshape the nose to enhance its appearance.

This is an excellent, affordable option for people who want to change the shape of their nose but do not want surgery. Results are instant; there is no excessive downtime, no general anaesthetic and no prolonged healing.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty cannot replace a traditional Rhinoplasty if your deformity is significant or the nose needs to be reduced in size. It is, however, an effective way of correcting some deformities of the nose especially following a previous Rhinoplasty when you may want to avoid a further revision surgery.

A NON SURGICAL NOSE JOB CAN BE USED TO IMPROVE

  • Slightly crooked nose

  • Small nose that needs building up

  • Hook shaped noses that need straightening

  • A mild to moderate hump/bump on the bridge of the nose

  • A mild to moderate drooping of the nasal tip

  • A nose that needs refinement after surgical rhinoplasty

  • Noses that need more height and definition to the nose tip

  • Slight deformities

  • Slight asymmetry

WHAT DOES THE PROCEDURE INVOLVE?

Topical anaesthetic cream will be applied for 20-30 minutes prior to the treatment. This will numb the area for additional comfort.

Dermal filler is injected in small amounts and in precise locations into your skin so that there is total control over the shape and contours created by the procedure.

FAQs

Will it hurt?
Beautoxology only uses dermal fillers that contain lidocaine. This is a local anaesthetic to minimise pain and discomfort. Most clients report that the treatment is a little uncomfortable rather than painful. The nose may be tender for 3-5 days after the procedure.

How long will it last?
Longevity does vary between products, and between individuals. Due to the superiority of the products used at Beautoxology, patients can reap the rewards for up to 12-18 months after treatment. Gentle follow up treatments can be done in the future to maintain the desired look.

Who would not be suitable?
Although this procedure has many benefits of reshaping the nose it cannot make a large nose smaller. During the consultation, if the Doctor or Advanced Nurse Practitioner feels that the desired results would not be achieved with the non surgical intervention this would be discussed you.

Non surgical nose reshaping would not be suitable for patients with the following contraindications:

  • Those with allergies or known intolerant reactions to hyaluronic acid or mannitol,

  • Those with skin inflammation or allergies

  • Those who are susceptible to hypertrophic scarring,

  • Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding women,
