Dee Hadley is one of the UKs leading authorities and experts in facial aesthetics. In 2013, she was made a member of the Allergan Medical Institute (the manufacturers of Botox®) and has been at the forefront of the most innovative and forward-thinking practice to emerge within cosmetic medicine. She was then head hunted to join the Geneva based Teoxane Medical faculty and consequently has been trained and mentored by the some of the world’s most leading and inspirational figures within the aesthetics industry, including the brain child of cosmetic medicine, Brazilian born Plastic Surgeon, Mauricio De Mayo.
Dee initially started life studying social policy. She continued to have a distinguished career within the NHS as a midwife, which has spanned over 25 years. She holds a teaching qualification in adult education, a first-class BSc (hons) Degree in Women’s Health and has studied for an MSc in Advanced practice.
Dee became interested in Anti-ageing and cosmetic dermatology over a decade ago and is the clinical director and founder of Beautoxology. She is an independent prescriber that leads a dynamic team that embraces her multifaceted and holistic ethos. Dee is particularly skilled in consultation and patient assessment. She believes that a multi-modality strategy is integral to obtaining optimal facial balance and natural enhancement. Her emphasis for long term preventative aging focuses on meticulous attention to volume replacement, facial lifting and contouring, and skin rejuvenation. Dee has now performed over 30,000 procedures. Her extensive experience and creative eye means that her appointment availability is limited and advanced booking is highly recommended.
Aside from Dee’s clinical work, she is heavily involved in her lecturing role, which takes her across Europe. Dee teaches the art and science of Aesthetic Medicine to Doctors, Nurses and Dentists, from foundation to Advanced Level. Dee has been invited as guest speaker to talk on facial rejuvenation at the Clinical Cosmetic and Reconstructive Expo, 13th Annual Skin Medical Congress and for the British association of Cosmetic Nurses. She also teaches regularly in Harley St. Dee has also been quoted in the national press and featured in Marie Claire talking about the safe administration of dermal fillers.
ADVANCED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN
Gemma Barnfield holds her professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). She is a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) and the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group (ACE).
Gemma’s clinical career commenced in 2002. Her experience is extensive and has ranged from managing her own patient caseload and developing and implementing care plans, through to speaking at national conferences on key issues relevant to current clinical practices. Gemma is committed to her professional development and also holds a degree in Human Biology and a qualification in mentorship which allows her to train, support and guide students and provide their final sign off, allowing them to practice. She successfully co-led a European qualification and subsequent study to teach Evidence Based Practice to health care workers and appears on a number of research papers. She is also a qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber meaning that she can provide holistic care plans to her patients.
Gemma's Aesthetic career was borne out of a genuine interest in anti ageing treatments and the pursuit of subtle, natural enhancement. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team having been trained by Dee Hadley and a host of worldwide experts. Gemma has an honest approach to her work and prides herself on working with patients to achieve realistic results.
She is particularly focused on clinical excellence and ensuring that patients receive the most appropriate treatment options and highest levels of care.
Gemma has a keen interest on the anti-ageing benefits of medical grade skin care and how altering and enhancing the structure and function of the skin can enhance the success of injectable products. She is also our Obagi Ambassador and a cherished member of our team.
NURSE PRACTIONER SPECIALISING IN MENOPAUSE
Diane Porterfield holds her professional registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council. She is a member of the British Menopause Society and the Royal College of Nursing. She obtained her BSc (Hons) degree as a generic Nurse Practitioner in 2006.
Diane qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1988 and has travelled far and wide. She worked predominantly within Emergency Departments before returning back to the UK.
She has always been involved in health education and in 2005 was a finalist in the Nursing Times Awards for Promoting Health in the Community.
She assisted local Government in writing and implementing drug and alcohol policies, presented at several Nurse Practitioner Conferences and participated in many health promotion events.
Her interest in Menopause began when she identified a huge lack of knowledge and support around menopause. When she realised how many women were experiencing significant effects. She read Government policies, worked with leading menopause specialists, undertook menopause courses and became an Independent Nurse Prescriber.
Diane raises awareness on how menopause symptoms can impact on relationships, working life and women’s health as she continues to talk to business, on radio and now will provide a complete menopause service with Beautoxology. During her consultations she will listen, discuss all things menopause and prescribe the best HRT to improve your health. Many women fear HRT or do not think they can have it. Diane understands HRT and has helped many women.

Lisa Oakley is Beautoxology’s operations manager and front of house. She is team orientated and organises and co-ordinates clinics, ensuring that they run seamlessly and our patients receive the warmest and most comforting experience possible. Lisa has over ten years’ service experience and is totally committed to maximising the patient journey. She is responsible for a whole host of duties such as stock management and ordering, clinical administration, resource management and driving organisational excellence. When Lisa is away from work she is a keen runner and gym fanatic, which stands her in good stead for her very demanding and challenging role within Beautoxology. Her highly motivated and radiant energy brings a positive and cheerful vibe to our clinics.
Clare Pearson is the clinic manager at the Belbroughton branch of Beautoxology. Prior to this, she spent 30 successful years in the hotel and spa trade, ambitiously working her way through the ranks and into managerial positions.
Her role throughout her colourful career has involved meeting and greeting clients, co-ordination and development of services, business promotion, and conference planning. These transferable skills means that today Clare’s role primarily focuses on client care, meticulously ensuring that from the moment a client engages with us, they are nurtured and supported throughout the whole Beautoxology experience.
Clare ensures that our clinics are run seamlessly and with precision. She is instrumental in creating the welcoming, warm and nurturing clinic environment that we are all so proud of. Clare constantly audits and evaluates our service to ensure that you not only receive the highest standards in care, but the patient journey is unique and positive. This means ensuring that our treatment packages are bespoke and tailored around the individual needs of each and every client.

When she is not working at Beautoxology, she is a happily married and the mother of two boys, who loves to socialise and go on holidays with family and spend time walking their dog Siggi.
Corrine Howe has been in the beauty industry for 12 years. Prior to joining the Beautoxology Team as Clinic Manager at our Stow branch, she successfully managed her own health and beauty salon. Corrine has been a HCPC registered Chiropodist/Podiatrist since 2002, and continues to offer this service within our clinic, she also offers a semi-permanent and micro-blading service. Corrine has undertaken a qualification in Non-Laser SPMU & Tattoo Removal.
Corrine is the penultimate professional and her highly motivated and inspirational persona ensures that her team of very experienced therapists provide a service that is synonymous with a UK brand that is well known for its excellence in aesthetics, anti-ageing, skin health and beautification. Beautoxology Stow is set in the heart of the Cotswolds and Corrine is the champion behind an establishment that embellishes a holistic approach to client care. Under her direction this clinic offers a warm and welcoming environment, with a complex menu of exceptional treatments for inner and outer heath. A clinic where meticulous attention to detail ensures that every client feels listened to and valued.
When not working, Corrine enjoys working out and walking. With a love for the Italian lakes and Dolomite’s, when time permits this is where you’ll find her, however her main priority are her two cherished grown up sons.

Jane Stallard is our National Business Development Manager, she has over 25 years experience in this field and has successfully negotiated many contracts within the NHS, throughout this period.
Jane has a complex understanding of the changing nature of the aesthetic landscape. She has astute commercial awareness and supports the Beautoxology Vision to create a brand that not only combines the latest research and technology in Cosmetic Medicine, but stands proud as one of the most forwarding thinking snd leading aesthetic clinics in the UK.
Jane is both creative and solution focused and uses these skills to audit patient care and implement clinical governance. She is actively involved with our flag ship and satellite clinics, where she has a pivotal role in staff development and organisation growth. This encompasses implementing strategies to raise clinical standards and the provision of a service that paves the way for a unique and positive patient journey, throughout the entire aesthetic experience.
Jane’s energy, positivity and leadership skills makes her a true change agent that champions business development and excellence on every level.
A great listener with excellent communication skills, Jane’s vibrancy makes the Beautoxology environment inviting, warm and extremely welcoming.
When Jane is not working in the world of Beautoxology, she is a devoted mother to three boys, with a new addition to the family: a beautiful Cockerpoo called Bear, all of whom keep her young spirited and full of fun.
Sarah Whitehouse spent 24 successful years in a career with a large Blue chip organisation. Her role in management and recruitment involved communicating and supporting clients and ensuring service provision and standards were of gold standard.
Sarah had always had a keen interest in beauty and more over aesthetics, following redundancy she was delighted when the patient co-ordinator role became available within Beautoxology.
Sarah is a hardworking and highly motivated individual, that has a wealth of commercial acumen, outstanding administration skills and the ability to build strong relationships and grow customer confidence. She is a creative and innovative thinker with a practical and methodical approach. Her role with in Beautoxology is totally focused around the client experience and journey, and ensuring our services are constantly audited and are evolving. Her core role is driving excellence and safety within our company.
When she is not working in the aesthetic world she is a fun-loving mother of two boys, who likes to socialise with friends and spend time walking, cycling travelling and doing Yoga.
Donna Ryan is an advanced facialist, with over 20 years’ experience in the beauty profession, specialising in a wide range of innovative non-surgical treatments including the world leading HydraFacial, Caci Synergy, Hydratite, Nouveau Contour Dermatude and many more Cosmetology procedures. Donna is experienced at skin analysis and works along side other skin experts within Beautoxology to formulate treatment plans, bespoke to the individual. Donna offers various procedures for pigmentation, Micro needling, Derma Stamp, Mesotherapy, L.E.D light therapy, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and a range of medical grade skin peels.
Donna also gained her professional title and qualification as a registered Foot Health Practitioner in 2012 and continues with her professional development in this subject, she is also a member of the Alliance of Private Sector Practitioner’s with the professional standards authority.
Donna’s role focuses on holistic health and relaxation, promoting both inner and outer confidence from head to toe.
Julia has been part of the original Stow team for 12 years. She qualified as an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapist in 2000, giving her over 20 years experience in the industry, she also holds a teaching qualification in beauty therapy.
Her skills include all areas and levels of waxing including advanced hot waxing, manicures, pedicures, massage, tinting, lashlift, lash extensions & spray tanning.
She is a very experienced electrologist, which is a permanent method of removing hair particularly on the face. As an advanced practitioner she can tackle problems such as skin tags, facial thread veins (spider naevi), hairs in moles, milia and blood spots (cherry angioma).
Julia is our resident skin expert, having had many years of experience, she prides herself on her ability to deliver an excellent treatment plan, whether that’s a holistic style facial, using massage and drainage techniques or an advanced electrical facial with our Caci Non-Surgical Facial and skin rejuvenation treatment.
Julia is a consummate professional and has a wonderful way of making her clients feel comfortable and at ease. She is trained in the most innovate skin care products on the market and works collaboratively with her medical colleagues to formulate treatment plans with those with ageing or problematic skin.
Julia is a very warm therapist that has a loyal following, this is not only due to her extensive knowledge and technical skills, but also her calm, reassuring and nurturing personality.
When not working Julia loves spending time with her family. She enjoys live music, the arts and walking.
Originally from New Zealand Becky was trained at the National School of Aesthetics in New Zealand, where she gained a distinction in her Diploma in 2005. She has 16 years experience in the beauty industry, the last 11 of which have been in the UK, where she has worked as part of the original Stow team.
Her skills include all areas and levels of waxing, including advanced hot waxing, manicures, pedicures, massage, tinting, lashlift, lash extensions & spray tanning.
She is trained in electrolysis, the permanent removal of facial hair and advanced electrolysis, which involves the removal of skin tags, facial thread veins (spider naevi), hairs in moles, milia and blood spots (cherry angioma).
Becky is a very gentle, professional therapist, who has a passion for all beauty, but especially skincare and skin health. She has received additional training in the Obagi and the Beautoxology skin care range and is our brand ambassador. Her wealth of technical knowledge and skills centres on holistic well being to ensure our clients are the best possible version of themselves.
In her spare time Becky likes to spend time with her husband and two young children.
