Forehead Lines That Stay When Your Face Is Still
Horizontal lines sit across the forehead even when you are not raising your brows. Foundation settles into them. In photos you look more tense than you feel.
Those are often forehead lines from the frontalis muscle, not dry skin and not the vertical crease between the brows. At Beautoxology, muscle relaxant treatment can soften that band of lines while keeping natural brow movement, after a short assessment of how your forehead lifts.
Forehead lines versus other upper-face concerns
Forehead lines: horizontal creases across the brow that deepen when you raise your eyebrows
The vertical crease between the brows: see frown lines and when softening makes sense
Lines fanning from the outer eye when you smile: often crow's feet
A heavy upper lid from a low brow: see when heavy lids are the brow sitting low
Fine wrinkles on the upper nose when you smile: often bunny lines
What treatment actually does
A careful dose relaxes the muscle that lifts the forehead. Lines that only appear on movement usually soften first. Lines etched at rest may look better but will not vanish if the crease has been there for years.
Best when horizontal lines bother you at rest or in bright light
Often planned as one area, or with frown and crow's feet if those move together
Aims for a smoother forehead, not a frozen or heavy brow
Dose and placement matter: too much can drop the brows; assessment sets the pattern

When forehead Botox is not the first step
The main complaint is a heavy lid or low brow that needs a different pattern, not more product across the forehead
Skin quality (crepe, sun damage) is the only issue and movement lines are mild
You need full brow lift for expression work, sport, or performance
Active infection, recent facial surgery, or anything that needs medical review first
